The ruined church at Kincardine O'Neil dates back to the 14th century and was built upon the site of the original church from the 5th century. The original church was established by Saint Erchard who in the 5th century bought Christianity to the area. The church was originally twice as long and was in part a hospital (founded somewhere around 1330). The church roof was originally made of thatched heather. www.dsider.co.uk online magazine, photo courses Photography by Bill Bagshaw (Bill Bagshaw & Martin Williams/Bill Bagshaw, dsider.co.uk)Photography Courses Aberdeen Area

Photography courses with a big difference on Royal Deeside.

What’s different about Bill Bagshaw photography courses?

You will gain a wealth of understanding, and knowledge from our unique discovery learning programme.

Put simply we will enable you to understand photography in depth and breadth.
We cut out the “froth” and  “grasping at straws”, so you will truly understand what you’re doing.

Bill Bagshaw photography courses Aberdeen (Royal Deeside) are all about you, and not about copying your tutor.

What will you learn?

On a Bill Bagshaw photography course you will be taught to be self reliant and creative.  This is the complete  opposite of  photography courses where you keep having to go back and copy what someone else set up.

What will you learn by copying a scene someone else set up?  Not much. That’s why we don’t do it !

We teach you to see and compose photographically.
You can’t learn that by copying what someone else composed !

We make you self reliant by discovery learning

Don’t think you will learn by sitting back and just listening .
We get you to learn by doing.   That’s how adults learn !

In reality Bill Bagshaw is a photography coach

An instructor tells you what to do. That’s what the majority of photography courses are like.

A coach shows you how you can achieve by practising core fundamentals.
These fundamentals are unknown to most people.

A coach looks at your existing behaviour, and gives you theory and practical exercises.
The exercises are designed to change your  behaviour.
Feedback from Bill is an important part of the learning process.

How individual is a Bill Bagshaw Photography Course?

Well everyone is an individual.  The photography course will revolve around you.
So two different people who came on the same course would have different learning experiences.
